Troy is very professional, responsive and reliable. When you are building a 7.2 million dollar spec home, you need to hire the best of the best. Phone calls were answered promptly and transactions were executed in a timely manner, which I appreciated. He was sensitive to my needs, strategic, competent, professional and fun to work with. I have already recommended friends and will definitely be working with him again when I am ready to sell! Basically, he was everything I was hoping for.
Having a husband that plays professional sports for a living we have moved several times over the years. We were referred to Troy by a friend. He was honest and helpful. He found our final home to retire in. He was very personable and worked around our crazy schedule. We would defiantly refer him to any of our friends and family.
With Atlanta’s challenging real estate, you need help from a professional you can trust; an agent who will go the extra mile. Troy Stowe is that Realtor. We truly appreciate all the hard work you put in helping us locate, research and purchase our property. The exceptional personal service provided by you should be commended. You can definitely count on our recommendations for your services to our friends.
Having worked with Troy on another successful and extremely profitable transaction, I knew it was time to give him a call when one of my properties remained unsold after months with another real estate firm. When you build a custom luxury home, time on the market is crucial. Troy’s comprehensive and aggressive marketing strategy, along with his expertise in the luxury market resulted in a sale in just over two months. The relationship I have with Troy is built on honesty, trust and uncompromising standards. If you are in the market to purchase or sell a luxury home, you owe it to yourself to give Troy a call.
You came highly recommended by several friends whose homes you sold. You came to my home and gave me the straight shot, what to expect and what to avoid. And now my house is satisfyingly sold. I have recommended you to another close friend, and I would recommend you to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.
Troy certainly helped make an overwhelming transition in our eyes so much easier. His knowledge, wisdom and the ability to recognize the compatibility between the house we were looking for with our wants and needs made it possible. I guess what I liked the most about Troy is that no matter how stressed I got, he wasn’t stressed. That in itself was very reassuring.
