After graduating from the University of Tennessee in 1992, Tammy Weaver moved to Atlanta and fell in love with our sprawling Southern city. Her diverse background in sales and marketing, consulting, and accounting has created a unique portfolio of skills, which she leverages in her passion for real estate. She brings the professionalism of her “Big 4” Public Accounting and consulting experience and combines it with a personal commitment to serve her clients as they search for a new home or sell their current home.
Tammy’s twenty-seven years of living, working and playing in the north Atlanta area with her husband of twenty-six years and two teenage boys have given her an invaluable insider’s perspective on our area. She is an observant master of its diverse neighborhoods, school districts, parks, dining, entertainment, and recreation opportunities and uses that knowledge to guide you as you evaluate opportunities.
Her tireless work ethic and responsive nature ensure that your buying or selling experience will be a partnership focused on your goals. Tammy recognizes that next level customer service is more than just presenting your home at its very best or finding your new dream home; it is about exceeding your expectations in every way. Clients and friends consistently applaud Tammy’s ability to uncover their true needs, anticipate challenges, and address obstacles proactively, all the while using her resourcefulness to get you to the finish line!

A Note from Tammy…
My commitment to living with purpose and integrity means that I care about doing the right thing even when it is not profitable, convenient, or easy. Some of my greatest satisfaction comes through giving back to my community by investing in others. I have been an active volunteer in my children’s schools, sports teams and community organizations for the past twelve plus years – chairing committees, being a team parent, organizing events, serving on PTA and Young Men’s Service League Boards, as well as spearheading fundraisers. I am also actively involved at Northpoint Community Church, where I enjoy participating in a Women’s Bible Study Group and have been leading a high school girls small group for the past six years.
When not working or volunteering, you are likely to find me taking long walks with our rescue dog, Costa, at my sons’ sporting events, or having wine or brunch on a patio.
