Patrick Connolly, exceeded our expectations as our realtor. He is a dedicated agent who loves his profession, which was evident in every stage of our buying and selling process. Patrick takes a personal interest in his clients and guides them to make decisions that are best for them. His advice, guidance, helpfulness, and sense of urgency left us very satisfied with our experience.
Last March Patrick Connolly helped my wife and I buy our first house. Not only did Patrick find a great house in the neighborhood we wanted to live in, but he also assisted us with minor renovations. With Patrick's help we were able to paint and redo the hardwood floors before we moved in. Patrick was a pleasure to work with and would recommend his services to anyone.
We used Pat to sell a house when my husband and I lived out of town. He took excellent care of us and handled every little thing that came up, even if it was completely out of his job description. He helped to determine which repairs were necessary and oversaw completing them flawlessly. He was aggressive, yet realistic in pricing our house, and made sure it was buyer ready when it was time to go on the market. His expertise in the Atlanta market really worked to our benefit. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pat to anyone and look forward to working with him over and over again in the future!
Robin Collins and Patrick Connolly were incredible to work with during my home search and ultimate closing in Peachtree Hills. Robin was a great hire and will do a fantastic job. Her enthusiasm will take her a long way. Good find! Patrick was and continues to be a huge help. He will be a great mentor for Robin and provides service beyond what is called for. The fact he can also consult on renovation projects provides a full-service nature to the business you can't find everywhere.
Pat Connolly just helped my wife and I by a house in Peachtree Hills and I wanted to let you know what a great job Pat did. This one had a little hair on it (stop work order, code violations, no certification of occupancy) and Pat’s work went beyond what I expect any other realtor would do. I can safely say this one would not have gotten to the finish line if Pat and his crew hadn’t been there to flesh out the various concerns. In short, I’ve already recommended him to additional attorneys here at MMM and will continue to endorse him in the future. Pat’s the man and Ansley Atlanta is lucky to have him.
