Based in the Historic Marietta office, Kerry Minervini has been working in the real estate industry since 2013. She has represented clients all over Cobb, Cherokee, Fulton, Bartow, Paulding, Forsyth, Gordon, Gwinnett and Dekalb counties in various real estate transactions. Kerry has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her client’s needs first.

She studied finance at The College of New Jersey and afterwards began work in Corporate Retirement Products at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch where she served as a Client Service and Project Manager for 16 years. This prior experience lends itself nicely to being able to understand her client’s needs and wants as well as manage multiple aspects of a real estate transaction seamlessly. Passionate about helping her clients find that “perfect home” for their price point, Kerry has continued to leverage her knowhow and experience to exceed her client’s expectations.

Active in the Marietta community, Kerry serves as the Ward 6 Representative on the Marietta City Schools Board of Education. This work is important to her to continue the effort to ensure the students, families, teachers and administrators in the school district have all necessary resources to obtain and deliver a quality and fair education. It also affords her in depth knowledge of the school district which better equips her to answer questions that a potential buyer might have regarding schools.

Kerry’s free time is spent with her husband, John, and two sons, Max, who is a freshman at the University of Georgia and Michael, who is a freshman at Marietta High School.  She is an avid reader and jigsaw puzzle enthusiast who enjoys evenings out with her family and friends, exploring new restaurants, supporting her kids during their sports endeavors and watching Blue Devil Football during the season.

“Real Estate has been such a blessing for me. It enables me not only to pursue my passion and help my clients but gives me the flexibility to serve my community on the Board of Education and spend quality time with my family and friends.”
