Specializing in residential sales and marketing consultation, Kathy's skills and experience prove to be invaluable in negotiating contracts, marketing properties, anticipating and avoiding obstacles, analyzing market research, and understanding the psychographics of consumer purchasing.
Recognized as one of the Atlanta Realtors® Association Top Producers, Kathy Whitehouse is a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club. Kathy graduated from the University of Richmond, Robins School of Business with a concentration in Marketing. She is an active contributor and volunteer for Angels Among Us Pet Rescue, the North Fulton Community Charities, Children's HealthCare of Atlanta, the Drake House, the Atlanta Humane Society, and the Hippotherapy Program at Chastain Horse Park.
