In Kara Stringer’s short time in residential real estate, she has consistently been awarded as a top 20 agent. Prior to her transition into real estate, Kara was a seasoned marketing, advertising and sales executive in the Southeast. With her extensive professional background, Kara’s clients can expect to be fully supported during every phase of the home buying and selling journey.
Atlanta has been Kara’s home for almost 40 years. Kara grew up in the suburbs of Atlanta in East Cobb, and has spent the last 20 years living in the in-town markets - she knows Atlanta and the surrounding areas inside and out. This considerable knowledge base helps Kara provide her clients with expert neighborhood-level advice and guidance. A truly invaluable asset to any buyer or seller.
Kara graduated from Georgia Tech with a B.S. in Management. She currently lives in Virginia Highland with her husband, two children and two dogs, and stays very active and involved in her current neighborhood. She volunteers with the Virginia Highland Tour of Homes, the Morningside-Ansley Friends (Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta), Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta and volunteers at her children’s school – Springdale Park Elementary in the Grady High School cluster. Kara also donates a portion of every closing directly to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
