Hank is a straight-shooter. He will not sugar-coat answers but we appreciated his candor. He was willing to take us out to all kinds of houses but wasn't afraid to give his opinion on homes that were "money pits" or just wouldn't work out for the long run. I appreciated his dry humor and quick responsiveness. If you are looking for a "warm and fuzzy" realtor who looks on the bright side of everything, Hank is probably not your guy. I've used Hank to both buy my Midtown Condo and then to sell it when I got married and moved out of state. He is knows Atlanta.
