Caitlin Zygmont was raised in metro Atlanta, and after attending Milton High School, she graduated from the University of Georgia with a major in advertising and a minor in communications. Prior to working in real estate, Caitlin worked in corporate sales in the Midwest and North Carolina before returning to Georgia. Having relocated twice herself, Caitlin enjoys working with clients new to the Atlanta area and introducing them to all it has to offer. Her background in advertising and corporate sales provides a sophisticated level of marketing expertise for all of her clients, especially those listing their homes. Having lived in Virginia-Highland, Alpharetta, Woodstock, Roswell, Milton, and Dunwoody, Caitlin has a strong knowledge of areas throughout the region and specializes in the Intown Atlanta neighborhoods and the North Fulton suburbs.

A resident of the Crabapple area with her husband, Max, and two daughters, Caitlin is involved with the Student Governance Council at Northwestern Middle School, The National Charity League, the PTO at Birmingham Falls Elementary, and established the neighborhood charity group, Edenwilde Cares. She has previously been involved with the Junior League of Atlanta, the Women of UGA Leadership Council, the Virginia-Highland Civic Association, PAWS Atlanta, the Student Governance Council at Elkins Pointe Middle School, The Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation, and served on the PTO Board for Sweet Apple Elementary School.

Caitlin has worked as a team with her mother, Laurie Nixon, for over a decade. Clients often describe them as a dynamic duo who are accessible at all times and knowledgeable about everything that the Atlanta area has to offer.

In her spare time, Caitlin loves photographing her childrens' sports (cheer, lacrosse, tennis, and summer swim team).
